Opp'n moves new notice in Rajya Sabha to remove CEC Gyanesh Kumar

Opposition parties on Friday submitted a fresh notice in the Rajya Sabha seeking a motion for the removal of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar after their earlier notice was rejected by the Rajya Sabha Chairman. They've accused Election Commission of not acting against PM Narendra Modi's address to the nation before state Assembly polls in West Bengal and Tamil Nadu.
