Opportunistic govt in Bihar responsible for hooch tragedy: Kharge

Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge said deaths due to illicit liquor in Bihar are "painful". Bihar's "opportunistic double-engine government" is responsible for taking lives of "hundreds of people", he added.
