Opposition planned something sinister near PM Modi's chair: BJP MP

After Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla claimed that the Congress was planning an unprecedented act near Prime Minister Narendra Modi's chair, BJP MP Dhaval Patel said, "It was very clear that Opposition MPs were planning something sinister."
