Optimistic that we still can keep pace with Tesla: Volkswagen

Discussing about Tesla's work with electric vehicles and the growing competition, Volkswagen CEO Herbert Diess said, "We are quite optimistic that we still can keep the pace with Tesla." Diess called it an "open race" and added that at some stage Volkswagen would "probably overtake" Tesla. The most innovative and adaptive company would ultimately win the race, Diess added.
