Oracle founder Larry Ellison beats Bill Gates to become world's 4th richest person

Oracle CTO Larry Ellison, who is also one of the founders of the American tech firm, has become the world's fourth richest person, moving past Bill Gates on the Bloomberg Billionaires Index. Ellison now has a $130 billion net worth, as compared to Gates' $129 billion wealth. Notably, Oracle's stock has risen over 42% this year.
