Oracle puts fired employees on 'garden leave', senior directors hit too: Report

Oracle has put the employees it terminated on a two-month "garden leave", allowing them limited access to internal systems, Moneycontrol reported. The report added that M4 and M5 staff - equivalent to directors and senior directors - have also been fired. "When budget cuts are enforced, companies cannot limit layoffs to entry-level roles," an employee told the portal.
