Oracle Chairman Larry Ellison has surpassed Amazon Founder Jeff Bezos to become the world's second richest person after his wealth rose by $8.1 billion to $206.5 billion, as per Forbes. Meanwhile, net worth of Bezos, who held the tag on and off since 2016, declined by $1.5 billion to $203 billion. Musk is still the richest person with $250.8-billion wealth.
