Orange alert for heatwave issued in Delhi for 7 days

IMD issued an orange alert for heatwave in Delhi from May 20 to May 26. Maximum temperature is expected to remain around 45-47°C from May 20 to May 22 and 44-46°C on May 23. It's likely to hover between 43-45°C from May 24 to May 26. The city can experience gusty winds reaching up to 45 kmph during the period.
