Order to release journalist not an approval of his tweets: SC

The Supreme Court has ordered immediate release of journalist Prashant Kanojia on bail, while stating that his release won't amount to approval of his tweets. It asked, "We don't appreciate these tweets, but can you put him behind bars for this?" Kanojia had allegedly shared a video of a woman claiming she'd sent UP CM Yogi Adityanath a marriage proposal.
