Organic carrots recalled in US after 1 dies amid E coli outbreak

An outbreak of E coli in organic carrots in the US has led to a person's death and dozens of people falling sick. US Centers for Disease Control (CDC) launched an investigation after 18 states reported the cases. CDC stated that bagged organic baby and whole carrots sold by Grimmway Farms have been recalled.
