Oscar and Emmy-nominated actress Cara Williams dies at 96

Veteran American actress Cara Williams passed away on Thursday aged 96. While confirming the news of her demise, daughter Justine Jagoda said that her mother was a "sparkling actress with impeccable comedic timing" and a "funny, over-the-top, warm-hearted and loving" person. Cara was nominated for Oscar and Emmy awards for 'The Defiant Ones' and 'Pete and Gladys' respectively.
