Oscar winner Cuba sued by woman for allegedly pinching her butt

Oscar-winning actor Cuba Gooding Jr. has been sued for sexual battery by a nightclub employee who alleged that Gooding pinched her butt last year. The woman further claimed that Gooding asked her if she wanted to see his "impression of a penis" when she was serving his table. This comes after Gooding pleaded not guilty in alleged sexual misconduct cases.
