Oscar-nominated US film writer James Toback accused of sexually abusing 38 women

American film writer and director James Toback has been accused of sexual abuse in a lawsuit filed by 38 women in the New York Supreme Court. The suit has called the 78-year-old a "serial sexual predator". It also named the Harvard Club of New York City as a defendant for allegedly allowing the abuse by Toback to "continue unchecked".
