Our Chief Feline Officer: Mumbai Metro after commuter asks to give patrolling cat a title

A ginger cat routinely patrolling entrance of Mumbai Metro’s Gundavali station has been given title of Chief Feline Officer by Maha Mumbai Metro Operation Corporation. This followed a commuter’s request, made in jest, to give the station's "unpaid guardian" a designation. MMMOCL said its duties include station inspections, observing commuters and “sitting exactly where everyone can admire them".
