Our govt will be free of corruption as there's no money anyway: Iraq PM

Iraq's Prime Minister Ali al-Zaidi recently joked about the financial situation of the country. While talking about severe systemic corruption in Iraq, al-Zaidi said, "God willing, our government will be free of corruption...because there's no money anyway." Amid declining oil revenues, an Iraqi minister recently said they need $8.24 billion per month to cover salaries and basic obligations.
