Out of control: China's Didi Chuxing criticised on rider safety

China's transport authorities on Wednesday criticised the ride-hailing giant Didi Chuxing over riders' safety, saying, "The company's management of people and vehicles is out of control." The transport ministry also said it would fine Didi executives and legal representatives an undisclosed amount of money. It comes after two women passengers died in separate incidents earlier this year.
