Outgoing Puma India executives launch startup, raise ₹430 crore

Outgoing Puma India executives, Abhishek Ganguly, Atul Bajaj and Amit Prabhu, have announced the launch of a startup named Agilitas Sports. They raised ₹430 crore for the sportswear and athleisure startup. Convergent Finance LLP, an investment management and advisory partnership led by Harsha Raghavan, invested ₹400 crore in Agilitas Sports. The remaining ₹30 crore came from individual investors.
