Over 1 lakh fake zinc tablets & 27 kg of paracetamol powder seized in Bihar

Delhi Police on Saturday busted a fake medicine manufacturing unit in Bihar's Gaya. Over 1 lakh spurious zinc tablets, over 42,000 fake Azithromycin tablets and 27 kg of paracetamol powder were seized during the raid by officials. This comes days after a similar illegal pharmaceutical unit was unearthed in Patna, indicating a well-structured criminal network manufacturing counterfeit medicines.
