Over 10 cr pilgrims have taken holy dip at Mahakumbh so far: Govt

Ten crore pilgrims have taken a holy dip at the Mahakumbh Mela at UP's Prayagraj so far, the Uttar Pradesh government said on Thursday. The count surpassed this milestone on Thursday at noon, it added. On Thursday alone, 30 lakh people had bathed at the Sangam by 12 pm. Mahakumbh began on January 13 and will continue till February 26.
