Over 10 hours of gaming per week may harm diet, sleep: Study
A Curtin University study of young people found that playing video games for over 10 hours could harm diet, sleep and body weight. The study split 317 students into three groups, including low gamers (0-5 hours/week), moderate gamers (5-10 hours/week) and high gamers (over 10 hours/week). "Each additional hour...was linked to a decline in diet quality," Professor Mario Siervo said.
