Over 1000 queue up to taste Indian mangoes at festival in New York

Consulate General of India in New York hosted "Indian Mango Festival" at US' Time Out Market, showcasing renowned Indian mango varieties including Kesar from Gir and Langra from Varanasi. Over 1,000 New Yorkers sampled the fruits, with one saying, "It's one of best fruits I've had." Deputy Consul General Vishal Harsh said people queued up despite rainy weather.
