Over 1700 PMLA cases under ED probe in trial stage: ED Director

Director of Enforcement Directorate (ED), Rahul Navin, said on Thursday that 1,739 PMLA (Prevention of Money Laundering Act) cases under ED probe are currently in the trial stage. Navin stated that the delay in prosecution in money laundering cases is due to general delay in India's justice system. ED will use advanced technology and forensics in its investigations, he added.
