Over 22 lakh diyas lit in Ayodhya to create Guinness World Record, pics released

The Uttar Pradesh government on Saturday shared pictures as over 22 lakh diyas were lit in Ayodhya on the eve of Diwali. "A [Guinness] World Record was again created with a series of 22 lakh 23 thousand diyas...in the spiritual city of...Ayodhya," a post on X read. Last year, over 15 lakh diyas were lit in Ayodhya on Diwali eve.
