Over 300 foreigners arrested in Indonesia in online gambling raid

Indonesian police on Saturday arrested 321 foreigners for running an online gaming ring in Jakarta. The majority of those detained were from Vietnam, with their phones, laptops and passports being seized. The operations, which started two months ago, targeted victims outside Indonesia, officials said. Gambling is illegal in Indonesia, with punishments extended to bookmakers, punters and promoters.
