Over 60 people killed in attack in Sudan's Darfur region: UN

Over 60 people were killed and nearly 60 others were injured during an armed attack in a village in Sudan's Darfur region, the UN said on Sunday. Around 500 armed men looted and burned houses and markets in the village, it added. PM Abdalla Hamdok said Sudan would deploy forces in Darfur "to protect people and secure the agriculture season".
