Over 850 stocks hit 52-week lows today as Sensex falls 1,048 pts

The BSE Sensex ended lower for the third consecutive session on Monday, losing 1,048 points to end at 80,238.85. With this fall, over 850 stocks hit their 52-week lows on the BSE. Investors lost nearly ₹6.30 lakh crore in six hours of trading as Sensex and Nifty closed the day bleeding. This comes amid the ongoing conflicts in Middle East.
