Over 9,200 Delhi Police posts vacant, MHA tells Parliament

The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) told Parliament that Delhi Police has 9,248 vacancies across ranks, from constable to senior officers, against a current strength of 92,044 personnel. The government said vacancies arise due to retirements and promotions and are being filled through ongoing recruitment processes.
