Over a dozen Indian-origin truck drivers held as Canada seizes drugs worth $99 million

Over a dozen Indian-origin truck drivers were among those arrested after an illegal cross-border trafficking network was busted in Canada's Ontario. The officials seized nearly 1.7 tonnes of illegal drugs worth $99 million. The cross-border operation was named Project Bay. Investigations revealed that the gang was smuggling large quantities of drugs using trucks operating between Canada and US.
