Over reaction: Parrikar wrote in ministry note on PMO role in Rafale

A picture of Defence Ministry letter shows former Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar calling the ministry's objections to 'PMO's parallel negotiations' in the Rafale deal an "over reaction". In the note dating back to 2015, Parrikar wrote, "It appears the PMO and the French President's office are monitoring the progress of the issue which was an outcome of the summit meeting."
