Owaisi quotes Sahir Ludhianvi as he opposes Delimitation Bill in LS

AIMIM's Asaduddin Owaisi opposed the introduction of three bills on women’s reservation and delimitation of constituencies by the government. He said removing the delimitation freeze gives more seats and power to larger states. Quoting poet Sahir Ludhianvi, he said, “Emperors have no connection with the poor...the emperor taking shelter in his wealth, has mocked the love of us, the poor."
