Owner of South African bar where 21 teens died arrested: Police

The owner of the bar in South Africa's Eastern Cape province where 21 teenagers died last month has been arrested, the police said on Wednesday. Notably, the forensic teams are yet to reveal their conclusions on how the teens died. Two employees of the bar have also been arrested, the police added.
