Oxford working with Serum Institute of India to develop new Ebola vaccine

Oxford Vaccine Group is working "urgently" with the Serum Institute of India (SII) to develop and scale doses of vaccine ChAdOx1 BDBV against Bundibugyo strain of Ebola virus, the University said. The SII will mass-produce the Ebola vaccine once Oxford can supply medical-grade material. Suspected Ebola cases occurring in Africa's Congo and Uganda have risen to over 600.
