Payment solutions provider Oxigen wallet has launched virtual debit cards powered by Visa. To avail the service, users would be required to register with Visa from the Oxigen mobile application. A virtual card can be created for one account or for an individual transaction, which is a Visa gateway compatible with various sites including Amazon, Flipkart, and Uber.
