Oxyzo to acquire GoldenPi, enter retail fixed-income space

Oxyzo Financial Services is acquiring a 100% stake in GoldenPi Technologies and its affiliate GoldenPi Securities, marking its entry into the retail fixed-income investment space. The deal will help Oxyzo expand its debt capital market offerings to retail and high-net-worth investors through fixed-income products. Oxyzo is backed by OfBusiness, which holds a 70% stake in the firm.
