OYO appoints Starbucks' ex-COO Troy Alstead as independent director

Hotel startup OYO has appointed former Starbucks Chief Operating Officer Troy Alstead as an independent member of the board of directors. He will be playing a supervisory role and provide guidance to OYO Founder Ritesh Agarwal and the management. Alstead had joined Starbucks in 1992 and retired as the COO after 24 years in 2016.
