OYO to raise $1.5 bn as part of Series F round at $10 bn valuation

OYO Rooms on Monday said it's raising $1.5 billion as part of its Series F funding round at a valuation of $10 billion. OYO Founder Ritesh Agarwal will invest $700 million to buy new shares in the company to increase his stake. Existing investors SoftBank's Vision Fund, Lightspeed Venture Partners and Sequoia will contribute to the rest of the round.
