OZY to shut down after COO accused of impersonating YouTube exec

OZY Media has announced that it'll be shutting down. This comes days after the NYT reported the American media startup's Co-founder and COO Samir Rao impersonated a YouTube executive during a call with Goldman Sachs while trying to raise $40 million. Earlier, Marc Lasry stepped down as OZY board's Chairman and investor Ron Conway said he has returned his shares.
