P2P lending firm LenDenClub raises $1 mn from Artha Venture

Peer-to-peer lending platform LenDenClub announced on Thursday that it raised $1 million in pre-Series A funding led by Artha Venture Fund. Family offices such as UAE-based Transworld Group as well as some marquee investors also participated in the round. Prior to this round, LenDenClub has raised seed funding of $611,800 from investors such as Venture Catalysts and others.
