Packaging equipment maker Mamata Machinery files papers for IPO

Gujarat-based packaging equipment maker Mamata Machinery has filed a draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI to float an IPO which will entirely consist of an offer for sale (OFS) of 73.82 lakh equity shares. Those selling shares under the OFS include Mahendra Patel, Nayana Patel, Bhagvati Patel, Mamata Group Corporate Services LLP, and Mamata Management Services LLP.
