Paddy procurement in Punjab to begin from Oct 1: Bhagwant Mann

Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann said that paddy procurement in the state will commence from October 1. "This time around 191 lakh metric tonnes of paddy is likely to come...Govt is committed to procuring every single grain of the crop," Mann said in a tweet. He also said that he reviewed the procurement arrangements.
