Pahalgam attack planned within Lashkar-e-Taiba under directives from Pak's ISI: Report

According to a report quoting sources, NIA's preliminary report on Pahalgam terrorist attack points to an operational nexus between Pakistan's intelligence agency, ISI, and terrorist group Lashkar-e-Taiba. The terrorist attack was planned within LeT under directives issued by senior ISI operatives, the report added. The plan is believed to have been formalised at LeT's headquarters in Pakistan.
