Pair of Oxen Stolen Overnight in Karnataka's Chikkamagaluru

A pair of oxen belonging to farmer Chinnegowda were stolen overnight in Sampli village of Mudigere taluk, Chikkamagaluru, Karnataka. The animals, raised for nearly 15 years, were a key support for farming activities. The incident has left the family distressed and raised concern among villagers over rising cattle theft cases. Police have registered a case and launched an investigation.
