Paisalo Digital allotted 5,000 Rated, Listed, Senior, Secured, Redeemable, Taxable NCDs totalling ₹50 crore via private placement. Each ₹1 lakh debenture carries a 10% monthly coupon for 24 months. These debentures are secured by first-ranking pari-passu charge on loan receivables, maintaining a 1.10x security cover. Principal is redeemable at maturity with a 2% penalty for delays over 3 months.
