Paisalo Digital to consider fundraising via issuance of NCDs

Paisalo Digital Limited informed that a meeting of the Operations and Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of Paisalo Digital Limited is scheduled to be held on October 30, 2025. The agenda of the meeting is to consider and approve a fundraising proposal by way of issuance of non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis.
