Pak agrees to join 'Board of Peace' after seeking $2.5-bn debt's rollover for ailing economy

Pakistan Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar announced that the country will join Donald Trump's 'Board of Peace' in support of Gaza Peace Plan. This comes days after the debt-ridden country approached UAE, seeking rollover of $2.5-billion maturing debt and halving of applicable interest rate for its ailing economy. The board will reportedly require $1-billion fee to join as a permanent member.
