The Delhi Police Special Cell busted a terror-crime module, which was backed by Pakistan and allegedly run by gangster-turned-terrorist Shahzad Bhatti and his aide Ajmal Gujjar. The module trafficked illegal weapons and narcotic substances, including heroin, from Pakistan and distributed them across Delhi-NCR. They radicalised youth through social media platforms and got them to smuggle drugs.
