Pak becoming peacemaker will not erase its past misdeeds: Tharoor

Speaking about Pakistan's role in US-Iran peace talks, Congress MP Shashi Tharoor said Pakistan emerging as a peacemaker in the talks process doesn't erase the evidence of its past misdeeds. "I don't see any competition with Pakistan when it comes to this," Tharoor added. "We cannot afford to be disengaged; we have to be very much actively involved," he stated.
