Pak-bound LNG tankers abort attempt to cross Strait of Hormuz, return to Qatar: Report

Two Pakistan-bound LNG carriers, Al Daayen and Rasheeda, aborted their attempts to cross the Strait of Hormuz and turned back towards Qatar, Bloomberg reported. The tankers had picked their cargoes from Qatar's Ras Laffan, which hosts the world's largest LNG plant, in late February. Al Daayen earlier signalled China as its destination, but changed to Pakistan after taking a U-turn.
