Pak court orders immediate release of terrorist Omar Saeed Sheikh

A Pakistani court has ordered the immediate release of terrorist Omar Saeed Sheikh, declaring his detention in connection with the abduction and murder of Daniel Pearl null and void. In April, the court commuted Sheikh's death sentence and acquitted three other co-accused. Sheikh was one of three men freed by India after militants hijacked Indian Airlines flight IC-814 in 1999.
