Pak exporter of terror, ironical it lectures others on human rights: India

Pakistan is the "world's leading exporter of terror" and it's "ironical" that it lectures others about human rights issues, Vikas Swarup, Secretary (West), Ministry of External Affairs, said at UNHRC in Geneva. Swarup was responding to Pakistan Human Rights Minister Shireen Mazari's allegations about rights abuses in Kashmir. J&K shall forever remain "an integral part of India", Swarup added.
